  Contact our support team via email or visit our Glasgow shop with your order number and receipt to start the return process.

  Ensure the items are unused, clean, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Send your package back to our boutique via a tracked courier service or drop it off directly at our Saltmarket location for free.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
